What Can Go Wrong

How to Claim Reloads
Players can claim reload bonuses on the Rewards page by redeeming the promo code that grants the bonus. Reloads have a timer that starts once activated, but they won’t expire if left unactivated.
Once claimed, players need to claim their reload bonus daily. If you claim it every day, it will continue for the full duration (for example, 7 days) until the last claim.
It’s important to claim each reload at the same time as the first one, as missed reloads cannot be claimed retroactively. Any delay counts toward the 24-hour window, and if total delays exceed 24 hours, one reload is lost and the timer resets. Even short delays, like 30–60 minutes, can accumulate and result in a missed bonus.
