When a promo code is successfully redeemed, you will receive a notification in your profile. If the code is not successfully redeemed, you won’t get a profile notification. Instead, a pop-up message will explain why the code didn’t work.

How to Claim Reloads
Players can claim reload bonuses on the Rewards page by redeeming the promo code that grants the bonus. Reloads have a timer that starts once activated, but they won’t expire if left unactivated.
Once claimed, players need to claim their reload bonus daily. If you claim it every day, it will continue for the full duration (for example, 7 days) until the last claim.
❗ It’s important to claim each day at the same time as the first one, as missed reloads cannot be claimed retroactively.
Keep in mind:
If a reload claim is delayed, the delay counts toward a 24-hour window. If total delays go over 24 hours, one reload is lost, and the timer resets. Even small delays, like 30–60 minutes, can add up and cause a missed bonus.
