How to Deposit with Havale 💸

Gamdom offers two Turkish deposit options - Havale1 and Havale2. Both use the same Havale method but through different providers, so you can choose whichever works best for you.

  1. Hop into your wallet: Log in and go to Wallet → Deposit

2. Pick your method: Choose Havale or Havale1 under "Bank Deposit."

3. Enter your full name exactly as it appears on your bank account and the amount you want to deposit. Make sure all details are correct!

4. Enter the deposit amount. Make sure it’s within the limits: minimum ₺5,000.00, maximum ₺100,000.00.

5. Pay securely: You’ll be sent to a safe payment page to complete the transfer. 🔓

6. Confirm it: Follow the prompts to authorise your bank transfer. ✅


7. Enjoy your funds: Your Gamdom wallet will be topped up in minutes - ready to play!

Can’t find your deposit?

If your deposit hasn’t shown up in your account, you can reach out to Havale directly. Here’s how:

Contact Havale 📥

  1. Go to your wallet: Log in to your account and open Wallet.

  2. Select Havale: Choose Havale as the payment method.

  3. Create a support request: Click on “Create a Support Request.”

4. View your transactions: You’ll be redirected to the Havale page, where you’ll see a list of your Transaction IDs.

5. Open a ticket: Find the transaction you’re having issues with and click “Create a Ticket.”

6. Upload your receipt: Attach your dekont (receipt) and mention that your deposit wasn’t credited.

Once submitted, the Havale support team will take over and assist you further!

Find Your Deposit via Havale1

For the deposit you made through Havale1, please reach out to our provider directly at odeme@gamdomdestek.com. To help them assist you faster, make sure to include the following details in your message:

  • Name & Surname

  • User ID

  • Receipt

They’ll be happy to assist you and get everything sorted as quickly as possible. 🙌
