Pending Deposit:
If your deposit went through, the funds were deducted from your bank, and you received the confirmation email with the receipt, but it hasn’t appeared in your Gamdom wallet yet, you can reach out to our support team with a screenshot of the confirmation email and the order ID, and we’ll track your deposit for you.
You can also contact Swapped support directly if you prefer. Either way, we’ll make sure everything gets sorted.
If the details are incorrect or the transaction is declined for any reason, Swapped will return/refund the deposit to your account. Typically, the funds are reflected within 1–3 business days, although the exact timing may vary depending on your bank.
