Stuck Rounds

A stuck round occurs when a game is still in progress, the round hasn’t completed, and the win hasn’t been credited to the player’s account. This indicates an unfinished round in the game. In such cases, please follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Possible Cause:
If you leave the game and can’t find the round in progress when you return, it may be because you’re not using the same currency as before.

Selecting a different currency or wallet creates a new session in the system, which can prevent your previous round from appearing.

Troubleshoot: Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and launch the game using the same crypto wallet and currency you were playing with before.

Winnings Not Credited:

Here’s what our support team will need to assist you more effectively:


Provide the name of the game, the approximate time the issue occurred, the bet amount, and the bet ID, if possible. All of this information can be found in the bet history of the game.

Example:

  • Game: Big Stack Nutcrack

  • Currency: CAD / SOL

  • Round (Bet ID): 31460687669

  • Time: 22:14 CET

Error Message

Keep in mind: Some game providers may be restricted in certain regions. If you have a VPN enabled, make sure to disable it, as this could be causing the error.

Restricted Game / Game Doesn’t Load

If you’re unable to access a game, we recommend the following steps:

Check other games from the same provider:

None of the games open: The provider may be restricted in your country.

Some games open, others don’t: Contact support if troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue.

Games that used to work no longer do: Contact support to check if this is due to new country restrictions or an issue with the game provider.

Common troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check your internet connection.

  2. Disable VPNs or proxies.

  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  4. Update your browser or app.

  5. Try a different device or browser.

  6. Check for system restrictions.

If the site isn’t loading properly, the game is lagging, or you encounter issues such as freezing, errors, or missing winnings, start by trying these steps first, as they usually resolve the problem quickly.

You can check the game bet history to view all the details of the round, including bets, outcomes, and winnings.

Login Issues, Password & Email Verification

Can’t Log Into My Account

Make sure you’re accessing your account using the correct login method. Gamdom currently supports password accounts, Gmail, Steam, and Telegram. If you’re unable to access your account, you might not be using the right sign-in method for your account.

🔓 Password Reset

To reset the password for an email-based account, on the login screen, users can click "Forgot your password?"

Forgot My Password – Not Receiving Reset Email

If you’re not receiving the password reset email, first check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you’re using the correct email linked to your Gamdom account. If the email still doesn’t arrive, try requesting a reset again or contact support for assistance.

Keep in mind: Accounts linked via Google, Steam, or Telegram do not have a separate email and password, and it is not possible to create one for these account types.

Can do:

  • For Steam accounts, you can add an email via the account profile section.

  • If you no longer have access to the Gmail linked to your Gamdom account, we can help remove it and add a new one after verifying account ownership if you’re unable to log in.

Reset Email

Adding or Changing Your Email & Email Verification

Step 1: Add or update your email directly from your profile.

Step 2: Once you’ve added your email, click “Save”. You can ignore the “Verify” option, as a verification email will be sent automatically after the email is updated.

Step 3: Complete email verification to ensure you can access all site features, including withdrawals and the community chat.

Special Cases

Steam and Telegram: Even if your account is linked via Steam or Telegram, which doesn’t initially require an email, you still need to verify an email in order to withdraw funds.

Gmail-linked accounts: These accounts are automatically verified when you sign in with Google.

Can’t Access My Account

I Have Access to My Email:

Please contact support via email at support@gamdom.com, from the address linked to your Gamdom account. We’ll help identify the issue and guide you on how to regain access.

I No Longer Have Access to My Email

If you can’t log in because you no longer have access to your linked email, reach out to our support team at support@gamdom.com.

If you can still access your account, or if your account uses a username and password, you can easily update your password and change your email by following the steps mentioned above.
