🔐 How Do I Keep My Account Secure?

Your Gamdom account security is essential for protecting your funds and personal information. This section covers password management, two-factor authentication, and other security settings to help keep your account safe.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a key security feature that strengthens account protection. Users can enable 2FA by installing an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy, and linking it by scanning the QR code provided in their account settings.

2FA is required for logging in, making withdrawals, or sending tips, ensuring that anyone attempting to access your account without permission cannot steal your funds.

How to Set Up 2FA on Your Device

  1. Install an Authenticator App: Download a 2FA app such as Google Authenticator or Authy on your mobile device.

  2. Open Account Security Settings: Log in to your Gamdom account and navigate to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

  3. Scan the QR Code: Open your authenticator app, select Add Account, and scan the QR code displayed on Gamdom.

  4. Enter the Verification Code: The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code on Gamdom to confirm setup.

  5. Backup Your Recovery Codes: Gamdom will provide recovery codes in case you lose access to your device. Store these safely.

Once completed, 2FA will be active, and you’ll need the authenticator code each time you log in, withdraw funds, or send tips, ensuring your account remains secure.

Lost My 2FA

If you cannot log in due to losing 2FA, please email our support team at support@gamdom.com from the email linked to your Gamdom account.

For Steam-linked accounts: You don’t need to email support. Instead, 2FA can be removed via live chat by following these steps:

  1. Share the link to your Steam account.

  2. Change your Steam display name to “Reset Request” or add it to the account description.

Once completed, our support team will disable 2FA for your account.

We recommend reactivating 2FA as soon as possible for full account security via https://gamdom.com/settings.
