Each player is allowed only one active account on the website. Creating or using more than one account, whether on purpose or by mistake, goes against our Terms & Conditions and will be treated as multiple accounts.
Please play fair and stick to just one account per person.

Consequences of Breaching the Rules
We want Gamdom to be a safe and fair place for everyone. If we believe an account has broken our Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) or has been involved in forbidden actions, we may take steps to protect the platform and our users.
If your account is suspected of a breach, it may be temporarily suspended or restricted while we investigate. During this time, you might be asked to provide additional information or documents.

Wagering Requirements at Gamdom
At Gamdom, deposits and winnings from free spins need to be wagered at least once before you can withdraw them. This just means you need to use these funds to place bets until the requirement is met. Once that’s done, your winnings are ready to withdraw. ✅
Withdrawals won’t go through until the funds are fully wagered, and this rule can’t be removed. If there are repeated attempts to bypass it, withdrawals might be temporarily disabled - but don’t worry, they’ll be re-enabled as soon as you complete the necessary wagering. 🔓
🔁 Swapping
Swapping happens when a player deposits using one currency, such as fiat, and then tries to withdraw using a different payment method, like cryptocurrency, without first engaging in real gameplay. This practice is not allowed at Gamdom.

If our team detects swapping on your account, you will receive a warning. Continued attempts may lead to withdrawal restrictions and requests for verification documents, in line with our policies.
🚫 Chargebacks
A chargeback occurs when you contact your bank or payment provider to reverse a transaction. At Gamdom, initiating a chargeback without a valid reason - or without first reaching out to our support team - can be considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions (see Section 10).
Initiating a chargeback bypasses our standard dispute process and can impact the status of your account.
