The usual reason Discord and Twitch cannot be linked to your account is that they are already linked to another account. Please login to your old Gamdom account, unlink the Twitch or Discord from the connections page (note that unlinking it from Twitch/Discord application wouldn't work) and link it to the account where you wish it linked.

Please make sure that both accounts are Phone and Email verified.
