Your Gamdom account has two types of usernames:
Login Username: Used to log in to your account if you registered with Email & Password. Accounts created via Steam or Google don't have a login username.
This one cannot be changed. ❌
Display Username: The public username visible to other players. It matches your Login Username by default, until you change it. We recommend updating it to help keep your account more secure.
This one can be changed. ✅
How do I change my Display Username?
No matter which method you used to register, you can update your Display Username anytime from the Profile page.
Additionally, Steam accounts can do so by changing the Steam Profile username, and then logging out and back in.
Please make sure you avoid using profanities, sharing links to external services, or impersonating other users. Failure to comply may result in penalties or restrictions, such as a chat mute.

No, two accounts cannot share the same username. If a username is already taken, you won't be able to change to it. For Steam accounts logging in with a username that's already in use, an additional number will be added, such as "Username 1" and so on.

Immediately take a screenshot of the message they typed in the chat, the timestamp, and which chat channel they typed it in. Impersonators will often try to get themselves muted to evade getting caught doing so.
Once you have the screenshot, reach out to our Live Support chat, or email us at support@gamdom.com with the incident and details so we can take the best route of action possible.
If proven, impersonating accounts that steal streamers' or users' giveaways are issued a permanent mute or account restriction, depending on the severity.
