How to Find Your Transaction Hash for Cryptocurrency Deposits
Updated over 6 months ago

The transaction hash is a long string of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your transaction on the blockchain.

Once you make a cryptocurrency deposit, you can find your transaction hash (also known as transaction ID) in your crypto wallet. Here’s how to locate it:

Steps to Find Your Transaction Hash

  1. Access Your Crypto Wallet:

    • Open your crypto wallet where you made the deposit.

  2. Go to Transaction Details:

    • Navigate to the "Transactions" or "Activity" section of your wallet. This is where all your past transactions are listed.

  3. Find the Specific Transaction:

    • Look for the deposit transaction you made. You might need to select the specific cryptocurrency you deposited if your wallet supports multiple cryptocurrencies.

  4. View Transaction Details:

    • Click on or tap the transaction to open its detailed view.

  5. Locate the Transaction Hash:

    • In the transaction details, look for a long string of numbers and letters. This is your transaction hash (TXID). It should be labeled as "Transaction ID," "TXID," or similar.

What to Do If You Can’t Find Your Transaction Hash
