How Provably Fair Works

Gamdom uses SHA256 cryptographic hashes to ensure that all game outcomes are predefined, random, and tamper-proof. For each game, a chain of 10 million hashes is generated using a secret server seed. The final hash of each chain is published publicly, preventing any manipulation of the game outcomes.

The game server then plays through this chain in reverse order, using the hashes to calculate results. This guarantees that all results are fair and predetermined, and any attempt to change them would be immediately noticeable.

Bottom line: Every game on Gamdom Originals is provably fair, mathematically verifiable, and transparent.

How to verify

Anyone can easily verify the integrity of the chain. We're publishing a game's hash immediately after the game ends.

By checking that the SHA256 hash of that game's hash is the game's hash of the previous game, you can make sure that we were not able to modify the result.

Each jackpot in Gamdom Originals increments and triggers independently and randomly, giving every round a small chance to win.

Crash

100% of the jackpot is given to winning players only, proportionate to the profit they made. The higher the profit amount, the larger the share of the jackpot.

Calculation:

In Crash, the jackpot is shared proportionally based on each player’s profit in that round. For example:

  • Player 1 bets $10 and cashes out at 10x → profit $100

  • Player 2 bets $10 and cashes out at 100x → profit $1,000

The jackpot is split according to these profits. Player 2 made 10 times more profit than Player 1, so they got 10 times more of the jackpot.

Roulette & Hilo:

80% of the jackpot is split among the winning players who bet on the winning colour in the round the jackpot popped, and 20% is shared among the losing players. The distribution is based on the profits made.

Roulette & Hilo applies a “what if” rule for the losing bets, “what if it hit joker” it would have been 99x win, making their profit 99x had it hit, meaning they get more than another player doing the same amount of bet in a different outcome.

In every round, there is a small chance that the jackpot will pop. This chance is undisclosed and varies according to the bet amounts - the larger the bets, the higher the chance. When the jackpot pops, the rewards are given to the users who participated in that round.

I saw three green symbols in a row - shouldn’t that trigger the jackpot?

It’s a common assumption because some other sites have a feature where the jackpot activates after three greens. But our jackpot works differently and isn’t based on getting three green symbols in a row.

How are the rewards distributed? What decides the amount a user gets?

The rewards are distributed based on the players' profit amounts. The jackpots split the reward according to the profit made during that round. However, the distribution differs between the Crash game mode and the Roulette & Hilo game modes.
