Self-exclusion / Ban

If you would like to take a break from gambling

We have two methods of self-excluding your account on Gamdom:

  • Self-Exclusion: This can be activated on the settings page for the duration of your choice (1, 5 or 8 days).

    During this period you will be able to access your account, chat, and withdraw, but you will not be able to make deposits and play any games for the full duration of the exclusion.

  • Account ban: This can be done by requesting it from our Live support chat, or by emailing us at support@gamdom.com including your userID, and mentioning the duration of your choice.

    Note: Both the self-exclusion and the ban of the account cannot be removed until the full duration expires, exert caution when activating/asking for it.
