Regular Ban
You can request that your account be closed. This will be considered a regular ban, and the account can be reopened in the future if you decide to return.
Specified Ban Duration
These bans can be requested via live support or email for any duration you choose (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, 1 year). Once the account is closed for the selected period, it cannot be reopened under any circumstances until the period has elapsed.
Ban Due to Creating a New Account
You can request to ban your current account in order to create a new one - for example, if you want to add an affiliate code, which is only available within the first 6 hours after registration.
Keep in mind: Only one account per player is allowed. It’s important to close any duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions or issues with your account.
Underage Bans
If we detect that a user is underage, we are required to close the account in line with our policies to ensure the safety of minors.
Ban Resulting from Terms of Service Violation
If we detect multiple accounts or suspect that a bonus offer has been misused, either individually or as part of coordinated behaviour, we may take appropriate action to maintain the fairness and integrity of our platform.
This can include revoking access to active bonuses, reversing associated winnings, restricting future promotional eligibility, and suspending or closing any accounts involved in a breach of these Terms & Conditions or regulatory obligations.
Account and Data Deletion
Under our privacy policy, when you request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or remove your account and associated information from our active databases. However, some information may still be retained in our records.
This retention helps us prevent fraud, resolve technical issues, support investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with legal obligations.

Reopening the Account
Accounts are not reopened automatically. For any bans requested through support, you must contact us from the email associated with the account or via live chat.
Support will then manually review and unban the account if eligible.
